1. Any and all personal information of the Users provided during the Registration process are properly and diligently stored. Appropriate technical as well as organizational measures ensuring security of the information are applied by the Administrator.
2. Permission of the Users constitutes a consent to process personal information necessary for the execution as well as financial settlement for services provided by the Administrator.
§3.
1. The Administrator hereby declares that it does not make accessible nor sells personal information to third parties without the consent of the Users themselves.
2. The Administrator enables the Users to update the data contained in the personal information.
§4.
The Administrator reserves the right to keep the User’s personal information under the following:
a. in case the User did not discharge all of his/her obligations against the Administrator until the time the obligations are settled,
b. in case the User breached the Terms and Conditions or valid legal regulations, until the time of explaining the circumstances of the breach as well as setting responsibility principles.
§5.
Personal information provided by the User in the Registration process are used for the following objectives:
a. contact with the User within the services provided by the Company,
b. book-keeping purposes,
c. forwarding to the User information, trade materials, newsletters.
The newsletter shall be forwarded only to those Users who express their consent to receive the newsletter during the registration process.

The Company hereby declares that the personal information of the User may be made accessible to those bodies authorized to receive them pursuant to valid legal regulations.
III. Rights and obligations of the User

Registration
1. Users, in understanding of the above Terms and Conditions are physical persons, who are 18 years and over and who are fully entitles to actions allowed by law.
2. In order to Register, Users are to fill out the registration form providing the following: information: first and last name, date of birth, billing and shipping address, telephone number, email, login and password.
3. In order to register, the User selects a username. The username cannot violate the rights of third parties nor contain text being illegal or in violation of the above Terms and Conditions or commonly recognized as offensive.
4. The User shall not make available his/her password to Bravebidders.co.uk account to any third parties. The User shall be held liable to the third parties as well as the Company for any and all actions or omissions pertaining to the use of his/her account on Bravebidders.co.uk.

The Company reserves the right to verify and check data of the Users during and after the Registration process. At the same time the, the Company hereby informs that positive finalization of the Registration process may be related to a lack of any doubts regarding to the aforesaid data. The Company shall not be held liable for inconsistencies provided by the Users for the accounts with factual data.
After a successful Registration process the User shall receive a confirmation email to the address given by the User during the Registration. The aforesaid confirmation, shall contain a link through which the User activates his/her Account.
§10.
The receipt by the User/Submission of the defined confirmation shall signify entering into a Service Agreement provided by Bravebidders.co.uk between the User and the Company/name of Company, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the above Bravebidders.co.uk Privacy Policy.
§11.
The User is hereby obligated to and shall update his/her account of the data indicated above directly through his/her account on the Bravebidders.co.uk website.
§12.
1. A User shall be entitled to have a single Account only.
2. For each registered, actual billing or shipping address can be created only one User Account.
3. The User shall not be allowed to selling or giving away to a third Party nor to change his/her User name provided in the Registration process.
§13.
1. The User shall be entitled to terminate the Agreement within a period of 14 (fourteen) days from the date of entering into the aforesaid.
2. The User shall be entitled to terminate the Agreement under the following conditions combined:
a. The User did not take advantage of a single service offered by Bravebidders.co.uk, from the moment of entering into the Agreement and in particular did not place a bid during an auction as well as
b. The User submitted declaration of termination of the Agreement online.
IV. Cookie files
§14.
The Administrator hereby informs that on Bravebidders.co.uk website are used tools to gather data for the purpose of the improvement of the operation of the website, and in particular those are Cookie files.
V. Additional terms
§15.
1. The Privacy Policy constitutes an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of the Bravebidders.co.uk website. Using the services provided by the website shall mean acceptance of the terms of the above Privacy Policy.
2. The Administrator shall be entitled to change the above Privacy Policy at any time. The aforesaid changes shall be valid and binding from the moment the new version of the Privacy Policy on the Bravebidders.co.uk website.
